What does this add-on allow me to do that I couldn't do before?

FOR YOUR CUSTOM ACTIVITIES:
- You can assign any date field to any type of activity result. Let's say you added a Web Meeting activity to your activity types. You can now update any date field of your database when marking the activity as complete (or any other result, you might have created).
- You can update any of the "Last" system fields when closing your custom activities. For example, you could update the Last Meeting field when marking your Web Meeting activity as complete.
- You can update date fields in all the records associated with the activity. Let's say your activity is associated with a company and an opportunity, Better Last Activity Date Tracking can update a date field of your choice of the company and opportunity records.
- You can write either the activity close date or the date the activity is being closed.
