We offer a 21-day free trial period on almost all of our products (if not, we offer a 14-day trial or a free limited version) so you can evaluate our software before making a purchase. Once a purchase is made, all sales are final and non-refundable, including subscription renewals.

We encourage all users to fully explore the trial version before committing to a paid license.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Québec or elsewhere.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes. As a business based in Québec, Canada, we charge GST and QST to Canadian customers.

We may also collect and remit sales taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) to international jurisdictions where legally required.

5. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials. You agree not to share access credentials or license keys.

6. Limitation of Liability
