Universal Dialer Plugin for ACT!
If you are using Bria, X-Lite, Skype, magicJack, Ninja Plus or another softphone and want to integrate it with ACT!, then you need this plugin.
Our Universal Dialer Plugin for ACT! automatically adds buttons next to your phone fields in all your layouts. Simply click one of these buttons and the call will automatically be placed. By default, the New History window will pop up, so that you can create a history record of your call.
Skype, magicJack and Ninja Pro are already preconfigured, so you only need to click a button to load their settings.
Added features in v. 8.1
The add-on opens the History window, sets the activity type to Call and adds a timer to the window. Upon stopping the timer, the duration is automatically set.
