Creating a data entry scheme

The best way to understand how to create a data entry scheme is to watch a video.

In the video below, we create a data entry scheme to automatically populate the Salesperson, Sales Assistant and Shipping Terminal fields when the user chooses an item in the Territory field.

WATCH A VIDEO!

The Exponenciel video content presented here requires a more recent version of the Adobe Flash Player. If you are you using a browser with JavaScript disabled please enable it now. Otherwise, please update your version of the free Flash Player by downloading here.

WATCH A VIDEO!

As you saw in the video, you are not limited to a data entry set per value of the reference field. You may enter has many as you want. When the add-on has more than one possible set, it prompts the user to choose a data set.
