Upgrading your Act! add-on to v22/v23
You can download the v22/v23 version off our add-ons from our v22 Download Page.
Subscription model
Starting with v22, we are switching to a subscription model.
All valid licenses will be converted into a subscription based on your last purchase, ie. the starting point will be the date you purchased your last license and the duration will depend on the amount you paid (full price or upgrade price).

Upgrading Mailchimp II to Mailchimp III
Some functions of our Mailchimp II Plugin for Act! ceased to work overnight due to an undocumented and unannounced change from Mailchimp.
It forced us to release version III of our plugin ahead of our schedule to provide our users with a working solution. Version III is a complete rewrite using the latest Mailchimp API
and introduces a new interface, several new features. It will also allow us to further develop the products in coming months.
For any user under a subscription for the Mailchimp Plugin II, we will provide a free upgrade to the Mailchimp Plugin III for the rest of their subscription,
without additional charges, even though the pricing of the two products is not the same.
You should already see the new subscription listed in your Subscription List in the Customer Center.
