- You select the contact in ACT!
- You open Excel Templates with Quote/Invoice Maker for ACT! and pick a template
- You select the sales/opportunities you want to include in the document and click OK.

If the data is in a contact field or in a sales/opportunities field, you may include it in your quotes, invoices or any other Excel document without retyping it! Promise!
