In a multi-user environment, you probably want to share your forms and your autonumbers.
In the preferences windows (Options>Preferences), you have the option to select the folder of your choice
as a default form folder. If you select a folder on your server and point all installations of Act! to PDF Forms to that
same location, all your users will be sharing the same forms.
AutoNumbers are stored in the default form folder as well, so if you are sharing your forms, you'll automatically
be sharing your AutoNumbers.
