As you saw in the video, you have the option to choose a default layout when no layout is specified.
This feature is particularly useful if, for example, your reference field has 20 different possible values and you want to associate 18 of them to
the same layout. Simply associate the other 2 layouts with the approriate layout and leave the other 18 values without association then set up the default
value to this "catch-all" layout.
