Creating a dependent dropdown lists

The best way to understand how to create a dropdown list is to watch a video.

In the video below, we create a dropdown list that is attached to the Salesperson field and is based on the Territory field, the idea being that once you select the territory of the customer, you want to see in your Salesperson field dropdown ONLY the salespersons covering this territory.
