To set your snooze intervals, go to Act! Tools menu and select Additional Alarm Snooze Options available in most screens (not the Welcome screen though). The following window will pop up:
Simply add or delete a value in the text box at your convenience and click OK to save them.
The value you select as default will be automatically selected when you open the Snooze window.
