Choosing a default upload folder

By default, files uploaded by the OneDrive Plugin for Act! are uploaded to your root folder (also called "SkyDrive") but this can be changed.

Go to your Act! Tools menu and click on OneDrive Plugin for Act!, click on the ... button. The plugin will connect to OneDrive and display the different folders available in OneDrive. Make sure you click on a folder to see its sub-folders.

We strongly recommend that you do not choose a Public folder. If you are a single user of your database, you might want to choose a Private folder.

If you are in a multi-user environment, make sure you select a shared folder and that you give other users of the database access to your shared folder. This is not done within the plugin interface but directly in OneDrive Web interface.

NOTE: The default upload folder is a database-specific setting. In other words, if you have multiple databases, you have the ability to choose a default upload folder for each of your databases.
